This section contains the initialization sequence for the parameter files. These files must be initialized before they can be downloaded.

     (Use CMD MB to initialize file c)

The "Parameter File Initialization Sequence" is followed immediately by the download sequence given in "Parameter File Download Sequence". The terminal is then ready to accept polling by the terminal controller.

Notes:

  1. Files 0, 8 and 9 must always be initialized and file 0 and 8 always loaded. Files 1, 2-7, a, c, and e are optional.

  2. Files 0-9, a, c and e are described in Chapter 8. "RAM Files"

  3. A detailed description of the text and data associated with each command is provided in "Control Command Details".

  4. Initialize file c by issuing CMD MB. l.
