Fixing Index Corruption

At the first indication of corruption, run the onutil CHECK INDEX WITH DATA command to determine if corruption exists in the index.

If your utility reports bad key information in an index, drop the index and re-create it. If your utility cannot find or access the table or database, perform the checks described in Verifying Consistency.
