PHYSFILE specifies the size of the physical log.

When you specify the PHYSFILE parameter in the global section of the ONCONFIG file, the database server uses this value when it initializes the physical log for each coserver. Optionally, you can specify the PHYSFILE parameter in a coserver-specific section if you want a different physical log size for a specific coserver.
