Changing Database Logging Status:

When you add logging to a database, you must create a level-0
backup before the change takes effect.
- -A
- directs ontape to change the status
of the specified database to ANSI-compliant
logging.
- -B
- directs ontape to change the status
of the specified database to buffered logging.
- database
- is the name of the database. The database name cannot include
a database server name.
- -N
- directs ontape to end logging for the
specified database.
- -s
- initiates a backup.
- -U
- directs ontape to change the status
of the specified database to unbuffered logging.
