- WAS Administrative Console } Troubleshooting } Logs and Trace }
$SERVER} Diagnostic Trace
- Click the Runtimetab
- Set Maximum File SizeandMaximum Number of Historical Filesas large as the disk
allows (multiply the two for maximum usage). At leat 500MB is desirable.
- If these values were changed, click Apply
 
- Click Change log detail levels
- Replace *=infowith the desired diagnostic trace (or
set it to*=infoto disable trace)
- Click OK
- Reproduce the problem
- Upload the following files:
- WAS/profiles/PROFILE/logs/trace*.log
- WAS/profiles/PROFILE/logs/System*.log
- WAS/profiles/PROFILE/logs/native*.log
- WAS/profiles/PROFILE/ffdc/*
