1. WAS Administrative Console } Servers } Server Types } Websphere application servers } $SERVER } Server Infrastructure } Java and Process Management } Process definition } Java Virtual Machine
2. Click the Runtime tab
3. Check Verbose garbage collection
4. Click OK
5. Reproduce the problem
6. Upload the following files:
   1. $WAS/profiles/$PROFILE/logs/System*.log
   2. $WAS/profiles/$PROFILE/logs/native*.log
   3. $WAS/profiles/$PROFILE/ffdc/*
